2.0 Privacy Statement
We are very concerned about securing your personal information safely in all our departments. The same rules for processing your personal data apply to Expressrens AS - Stores, Expressrens AS - Right Home and Expressrens AS - White Snipp. That is, purchases with both Smart Laundry AS. When you use the services you agree that Expressrens AS use your personal information for the following, for 12 months from the last active purchase:
Logistics and handling of your garments
Communicate directly with you regarding your orders
By purchasing services through Expressrens AS, you agree that we store your name, phone number, email address and address. The storage is done to fulfill contractual obligations, act in accordance with legislation and safeguard legitimate interests.
After 12 months without the purchase of services, the contract will be dissolved and all your personal data will be deleted from all our systems and databases.
2.1 Storage of personal data
All storage takes place on servers located in Norway. All storage and back-up is at Expressrenss AS. Trading patterns and personal data are stored separately, but connected to each other when you are active as a customer. This is done to connect your garments to you in production. You can delete your personal affiliation with the purchases at any time. This must be done in writing to service@expressrens.com. Deletion will take place within 24 hours of receiving your request. After 12 months without the purchase of services, your information will automatically be deleted from all our databases
